Customer Service/Call Center Representative
Job Responsibilities
Have you provided customer service for consumer leasing or financing? Can you demonstrate excellent customer service skills and strong computer literacy? This position may be for you!
The Customer Service Representative handles multiple incoming phone calls each day from lessees, enters and updates data in the leasing software system. The candidate will provide excellent customer service by answering lessees’ questions regarding their account and/or lease, providing resolution and/or redirecting calls as necessary.
Job Duties
· Answer multiple incoming calls from lessees, take message, redirect calls
· Answer questions regarding lessee’s account and/or lease
· Update lessees’ accounts including revised banking information, address, phone numbers and late payment penalty charges
· Enter notes and maintain contact history in CRM
· Provide regular reporting to supervisor and participate in regular meetings
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, leasing experience helpful
· Must be very detailed, organized and a self-starter
· Excellent time management ,punctual
· Excellent telephone manner, persuasive and professional
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn
· Accurate data entry
· Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required
· Previous work in CRM systems a plus
