PrideStaff is seeking an Install Manager & Field Supervisor for a Custom Architectural Millwork Manufacturing Company in beautiful Denver, CO.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and schedule multiple millwork installations
- Coordinate delivery of materials to jobsites
- Stay in communication with superintendents concerning the state of jobsites to accurately determine installation and product delivery timeframes.
- Prior to installation take field measurements for millwork.
- Visit jobsites and communicate with superintendents to maintain an accurate status of jobsites prior to install and during the install process.
- Coordinate with jobsite personnel to make the installation process efficient.
- Work with installation crews to solve field related issues.
- Continually update the project manager with jobsite status and installation status.
- Assist with closing punch list items.
- Be prepared to lend a hand in certain install situations.
- Be prepared to install small projects.
- Experience in architectural millwork industry, preferably multiple years of installation experience.
- Able to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize multiple moving deadlines.
- Must have required installation tools.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- OHSA 30 hour a plus.
