Company here in Stockton looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to work closely with the Inside Sales Department.
PAY DOE: Range from 35k-45k a year.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advocate for the customer; outside-in thinking always
• Stops the back flow of order preventing manufacturing/shipping delays
• Establishes delivery date with all critical departments prior to processing order
• Resolves order issues with department heads
• Responsible for simplifying issues and creating order fulfillment options
• Identifies when and what questions require external customer interaction and presents to Frontline Leads
• Works closely with Order Close department in bringing clarity to purchase orders and internal orders
• Dedicated resource for Operations to quickly address order challenges and issues
The Order Fulfillment function calls for a dynamic individual capable of demonstrating leadership skills in multiple situations. The role requires an individual to work closely with Poly Processing Inside Sales Teams and Operations Teams to build consensus and satisfy each customers’ dynamic needs. Additionally, there is responsibility for creating an ease of business for all departments by addressing and resolving the challenges associated with supplying complex tank systems to distributors and end use customers.
