Position Summary:
Our well-established client in the South Sacramento area has an immediate need for a Payroll & Human Resources Specialist, in a temp to hire role. The ideal Payroll & HR Specialist candidate would enjoy working in a casual environment where your co-workers feel like family.
The Payroll & HR Specialist will need excellent interpersonal skills, since a good portion of this position will be spent working with employees on HR issues. This candidate must have a minimum of 2 years processing Payroll and a minimum of 2 years in an Human Resources role.
Accuracy and attention to detail is a necessity, since phone numbers, proper name spelling, and correct addresses are essential.
Pay Rate: $15 - $17/hour with benefits provided if converted to permanent after approximately 3 months
