Summary:
Cut, cones, and drills tubing as directed by either Finishing Lead or work order to meet customer specifications.
Duties:
**Thursday through Saturday, every other Wednesday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
The pay rate for this position is $12.40/hr After 6 months of employment, there will be a 20 cent bump, and there will be another increase after the following 6 months.
Qualifications:

Summary:
Cut, cones, and drills tubing as directed by either Finishing Lead or work order to meet customer specifications.
Duties:
- Sets up machine(s) for proper cutting, coning, and drilling
- Cuts, cones, and drills tubing to customer specifications
- Cleans and dries tubing (blow dry and hand clean)
- Uses tape measure to measure millimeters, protractor to check tube angle, gauge pin, and ID gauge plus
- Racks cut tubes to prevent breakage
- Enters order information in computerized systems (SAP) and QDC; fills out production orders
- Monitors and maintains ultrasonic water purification system
- Keeps equipment clean and in service
- Performs cursory inspection of materials
- Keeps area neat and organized
- Computer
- Wet saw
- Dry saw (table)
- Coning machines
- Electric Hoists
- Ultrasonic equipment and oven
- Hand tools: mallet, pliers, scissors, wrench, screwdriver, scoring tool

- Exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 30lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is REQUIRED
- Basic math, computer, and data entry skills
- Minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience
