Insulator Mold Operator

2 nd shift

Monday – Friday

2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Temp to Hire

$12-$13 (DOE) + 1 shift premium

Processes in a rail shop Utilizing Mold Presses
  • Place metal inserts into an oven to preheat them
  • Cut and measure polyester/fiberglass material (sort of like clay)
  • Place molding compound and insert in press and cycle the machine
  • Remove and then file off any rough areas
**It is a hot and fairly dirty job.
