SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing the front desk reception area and providing administrative support to the Customer Assistance Center team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage reception desk & lobby including answering incoming telephone calls on a multiline phone system, retrieving and forwarding voicemail to appropriate internal employees, answering general questions and coordinating on-site visitors
  • Manage CTPAT adherence including maintenance of daily visitor log and administering badge requirements
  • Maintain Front Desk Policy and Procedure manual for the purpose of training temps and employees who cover the front desk in the absence of Receptionist
  • Maintain employee extension list for monthly distribution
  • Create and distribute monthly new hire welcome email
  • Coordinate select corporate events and onsite visits from vendors
  • Support concierge benefits offered by ResMed
  • Participate as a member of the ResMed Safety Team and complete any assigned action items
  • Assist with CAC projects as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 3-5 years of experience working as a corporate receptionist. Experience in operating a multi line phone system.
