PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Secure additional sales from existing customers by adding products to their current location or selling to additional locations controlled by the customer.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customer’s needs.
  • Analyze authentication, geolocation, and session data to determine product access points.
  • Working knowledge of client’s EULA and licensing model.
  • Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation.
  • Work with IPR Analyst to develop best practices for the Anti-Piracy department.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 1-year business to business sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience. Formal customer service training preferred.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, general network topology and analysis.
  • Call Center experience desirable.
  • Pro-active approach to process improvement.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must possess excellent writing, verbal, organizational, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing.
  • Database experience is highly desirable.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment.
