PrideStaff Is looking for a Production Manager for fast growing company in Arvada Co. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Schedule Assembly processes
  • Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing departments to maintain a steady workload on the production floor
  • Manage equipment time, materials, & people to ensure product is delivered on time, at planned assembly cost, and on target (quality-wise)
  • Train Employees
  • Monitor & Report Employee Performance
  • Manage employee complaints, problems, etc.
  • Schedule Equipment Maintenance
  • Issue/Return Materials Kits to and from production floor
  • Coordinate with Engineering department to solve design, documentation, or BOM issues.
  • Coordinate with QA department to solve quality issues
  • Perform Assembly or soldering operations when necessary
  • Comply with and enforce ESD, QMS (quality management system), OSHA, and other company procedures, programs, or policies
  • Produce product in compliance with applicable IPC-A-610 specifications
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Ability to use a computer
  • Ability to interpret BOMs, Assembly drawings, Gerbers, etc. for PCBAs
  • Ability to solder in accordance with IPC/J-STD requirements
  • Experience with SMT equipment
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment
