A busy property management company in La Jolla has a opening for contract Maintenance Technician. The position will last for approximately 6-7 weeks.
The perfect person will be quick to respond and able to communicate and fix various problems as they arise. Person must be a self starter willing to assist in all situations.
Normal duties would include general handyman/maintenance (doors, misc. small tasks), small drywall repairs if needed, plumbing calls (clogged toilets, sinks), light cleaning duties as needed. Will need to be able to assess and identify emergency situations quickly, and stabilize, or report in (plumbing leaks, electrical outages, assist emergency responders with locking down elevator, and directing to suite, etc).
