Warehouse - Technician

We have a client in Hayward seeking a qualified Technician. Candidates must be reliable, high energy with a strong work ethic. Must be willing to take a drug test and have a background check completed. This is a temp-to-hire position.

TECHNICIAN

• Insure safety procedures are always followed.
• Insure all work instructions are followed.
• Insure all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, R2 and eStewards requirements are adhered to.
• Test items according to the product family testing instructions.
• Use only latest testing procedures and “scrap list” in day-to-day tasks.
• Report all uncommon cases to team leader.
• Test equipment in order provided by team leader.
• Use and maintain testing equipment.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lb.
• Assist other departments

RETEST TECHNICIAN

• Insure safety procedures are always followed.
• Insure all work instructions are followed.
• Insure all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, R2 and eStewards requirements are adhered to.
• Retest items according to the product family checklist.
• Communicate with sellers and try to solve all possible issues.
• Report all uncommon cases to QC supervisor.
• Use and maintain testing equipment.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lb.
• Assist other departments

QC supervisor

• Insure safety procedures are always followed.
• Insure all work instructions are followed.
• Insure all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, R2 and eStewards requirements are adhered to.
• Manage, coach and train direct reports
• Set up and perform weekly O3 meeting with all direct reports
• Manage all daily QC verifications and reports
• Communicate with the lot audit supervisor and technician’s team leaders to ensure all testing procedures/technics are current and followed.
• Perform technicians training according to the training program
• Maintain training records
• Responsible for the appearance of the area, including daily cleaning and prepping area ready for the next day

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, M-F
