HVAC Technician

Full Time | Bellevue | $25-30 | Direct Hire

A well-established real estate and development company in downtown Bellevue wants to bring on an experienced HVAC Technician. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of refrigeration and all aspects of repair who has the ability to be on call. This candidate must have excellent communication, ability to read schematics and troubleshoot.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in a timely fashion
• Works directly with refrigeration manager to understand current and future business requirements and builds PM and maintenance plans accordingly
• Associate of Science Degree in Refrigeration and AC Tech or similar program preferred
• EPA Certification
• 3-5 years progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED. AA degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Must possess a valid WA State Driver’s License with no major or continuing driving offenses in the last 5 years
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen
