PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Resolve pricing misalignments by working with the manufacturing community, customer, and Medline rep in an effort to meet customer pricing expectation.
- Execute deal amendments.
- Execute GPO conversion in conjunction with the GPO rep, Medline rep, and customer.
- Perform account / GPO audits.
- Work on IDN price leveling projects.
- Conduct conference calls related to assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
Qualification
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate skill in Excel (formula’s, data manipulation, V-lookups)
- Willing to work weekends or other overtime hours as business needs dictate. ?
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience in a high volume setting.
- Experience in SAP and/or Vistex.
