Description

Fleet Vendor Coordinator

Hours are 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all outside service vendors.
  • Schedule and coordinate outside vendor work orders, preventive maintenance inspections, and repairs to maintain DOT compliance and regulations.
  • Process service account payments and tracking.
  • Assist in the setup and completion of quarterly parts inventory counts.
  • Train mechanics as needed.
  • Responsible for the on-going administration of outside service vendors
  • Responsible for outside service payment & tracking
  • Responsible for outside service vendor relations & performance analysis
  • Region point of contact for all on-road breakdowns at outside service locations
  • Fleet Department Training

Qualifications

1. 2 years previous Fleet Operations experience
2. Minimum 1 year SAP experience
3. Minimum 1 year advanced MS Office
4. Knowledge of DOT/CHP regulations
5. 2-4 year college diploma is a plus
6. Must have high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
