Responsibilities

• Support the connection and growth of relationships with the store's top customers
• Call and email customers to facilitate a connection with a salesperson in the store
• Set appointments with top customers through the effective use of our tools
• Handle all customer concerns in a proactive, positive manner as applicable
• Track and communicate results in relation to visits and volume
• Actively participate in the achievement of store goals to build positive team relationships throughout the store
• Support customer and salespeople engagement and transition
• Maintain the organization and privacy of all customer information
• Support the appointment based relationship selling strategy of the store

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
