The esthetician provides professional services such as specialty facials, body waxing, brow and lash tinting, body scrubs and corrective treatments. This individual works to provide clients a soothing spa experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation of individual needs
- Provide all professional esthetician services provided by Spa Nordstrom
- Maintain a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple technicians
- Provide extra services, including foot soaks and refreshments
- Suggest retail products to clients
- Achieve service and retail sales goals
- Build lasting relationships with clients by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service
Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive esthetician techniques required; previous spa experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
- Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Proof of all required licensing by the state
