Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Provide accurate data entry on all required systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management
  • General correspondence (both internal and external)
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.
  • May be required to drive powered industrial truck equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Shift hours, Benefits, and Compensation:
  • 1st Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 5pm to 1:30am
    • Shift hours are subject to change based on operational needs
    • Mandatory overtime may be required based on volume. Associates will perform shift work and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and/or holiday

Minimum Requirements:


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in clerical environment preferred. 4 to 6 months experience in retail/DC warehouse or transportation environment preferred. Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management team.
Other Skills: Possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills; Must have the ability to learn new software/technology; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding attention to detail and follow-up; Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter; Ability to maintain confidentiality; and must be customer service oriented and a team player.
Physical Requirements: Able to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. These tasks require the ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and rarely up to 50 pounds. The Team Member should have adequate fitness level to meet the demands of frequent lifting, walking, standing, moderate climbing of stairs, occasional sitting, stooping and kneeling with or without reasonable accommodation. May be required to operate P.I.T. equipment that raises the Team Member on a platform to heights of up to 50 feet. Team Member will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements.
Working Conditions: The associate will work a non-climate controlled Distribution and Warehouse atmosphere, in which outside weather conditions greatly affect the building’s temperature. The associate may also be exposed to moving mechanical parts or equipment, machine vibrations, fumes, loud noise and airborne particles as regulated by OSHA. Team Member will perform shift work and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
