Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a personable and professional Administrative Assistant for our corporate offices in Irvine, CA. This is a highly visible position as the face of Skyworks and the initial point of contact for our employees, customers, visitors and vendors, greeting them with a warm and welcoming approach on the telephone and in person.

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating a multitude of activities including but not limited to:
Answer and direct inquiries on a multi-line telephone system
Send broadcast emails
Support meeting and conferencing needs
Manage conference room reservations
Schedule management and executive travel
Reconcile expense reports
Perform other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting incoming mail
Maintain security by following company policy and procedures; maintaining logbook, issuing visitor badges

Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate reception or related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive self-starter attitude
Ability to work independently, without immediate direction or supervision.
Ability to multitask and deal with constant interruptions
Extremely detail oriented and conscientious
Highly focused on customer service and support
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desire to ensure every visitor to Skyworks has an engaging and positive experience.
