Description


Provide Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMC) subject matter knowledge to support the planning, development, integration, and acquisition of various Army systems.
Provide technical input to the development of the Cyber Security Strategy (CSS) Plan, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Plan, Spectrum Supportability requirements analysis, DoD Information Enterprise Architecture (DIEA) analysis, technical standards
evaluation, Life-Cycle Signature Support Plan, network bandwidth requirements and analysis, and any tactical datalink requirements and analysis.
Define program objectives, decomposition of acquisition activities, communication of program objectives and priorities to support teams, tracking of acquisition activities and support team performance, and the definition of program plans and schedules.
Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U. S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
An Electrical or Computer Engineering degree desired and 10 years of experience.
Knowledge of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements for military systems, to include knowledge of MIL-STD-461.
Must be able to analyze EMI/EMC test data, translate the impact of that data to program management offices, and offer recommendations based on that test data.
