Hotel Assistant Executive Housekeeper - Hiring Bonus

The Homewood Suites by Hilton: New Brighton is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to help lead our hard-working, award winning team of room attendants.

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will communicate regularly with the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager and will mentor the housekeeping staff to assure a clean, orderly, attractive and safe working environment while providing an exceptional guest experience. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for on-going training and helping to developour Housekeeping team. This is a physically demanding position, and requires flexibility in scheduling. Daily tasks will usually include supervising room attendants, inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness but may occasionally include performing the work of housekeeping and laundry personnel as needed.

A $300 hiring bonus is available for this position, to be received following your 90 day review. To be eligible for this bonus, you must have good attendance, with no call-ins or excessive tardiness during this probation period as well as meeting standards put forth for all housekeeping employees.
