We seek an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to maintain the company compensation and benefits programs and builds strong relationships with vendors and employees as a valued and trusted source of information. The focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service to all employees; implementing best practices and continually improving processes; maintaining market competitiveness, and adhering to compliance requirements and labor laws.

Compensation:

  • Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys to analyze companys competitive position; prepare reports on findings; make recommendations; and handle administrative steps to formalize decisions
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with established guidelines and regulatory compliance; coordinate with HR/OD team to educate managers
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, which ensure compliance with federal and state compensation laws
  • Audit existing and future positions and categorize them by either importance to the organization or level of responsibility, determining FLSA exemptions and preparing job descriptions
  • Assist in creation of formal job catalogue and career matrix

Benefits:

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and employees for benefits issues & questions

  • Participate and facilitate Retirement Plan Committeemeetings to monitor fund performance and institute changes and provide employeeeducation and counselling
  • Establish and monitor budgets. provide leaders with understanding of benefit
    costs and trends.
  • Maintain knowledge on federal and state regulations governing retirement and health and welfare plans.
  • Deliver public presentations as necessary relating to benefits education, open enrollment, new hire orientation, etc.
