Job Description:

Our client, located in North Dallas, is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator for a temporary position to cover open enrollment. The role is projected to last through Mid January of 2018.

Be part of the Benefits Service Center to help with Open Enrollment by answering incoming calls and emails from our employees.

Use Benefits information and videos to address and resolve benefit plan inquiries from current and former employees as well as retirees in a timely manner.

Escalate issues as needed to vendors / Manager.

Provide feedback to Manager to ensure employees are being helped in a timely manner.

Support, as needed, for the planning and preparation of annual Benefits open enrollment including logistics, online enrollment activities and documentation for distribution of benefits information.

Able to navigate through Workday while helping employees on calls.

Partner with the Benefits Analyst and Manager in the creation and updating of Departmental SOPs

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $17 per hour

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Skills:

Previous benefits and open enrollment experience required

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but nor required

Excellent communication skills

Good computer and MS Excel skills

Workday experience a plus
