Position Summary:
The Total Rewards Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for ETS s benefits and compensation programs, including defined contribution plans, FSA programs, medical plans and salary administration. The incumbent will work closely with vendors, ETS project managers and the Director of Total Rewards in the implementation of Total Rewards projects.
Responsibilities:
Exhibit leadership and sound business judgment in anticipating project needs and developing alternative solutions.
Participate in vendor negotiations to identify impact of proposed contract changes and effectively manage vendor relationships. Develop a working knowledge of the vendor policies and procedures that impact our plans, employees and retirees.
Partner closely with the Director of Total Rewards in the development of business plans, process improvements and communications.
Act as a resource for Total Rewards Analysts.
Provide assistance on other SWS projects as assigned.
