Park Services Guest Attendant - Full-time / Part-time

The primary responsibility of a Park Service Attendant is to ensure the total "Knott's Experience" for our guests. This includes providing superior guest service by initiating guest interactions; providing guests with information and directions; and ensuring guests' high expectations are met in terms of overall park cleanliness. Through teamwork, complete park aesthetics will be ensured by sweeping water from midways, keeping the midways clean of debris, emptying park trash cans, and bussing tables at outside food locations. Restroom cleanliness and safety are provided by ensuring the floors remain dry and free of debris. Facilities are kept clean and sanitary by wiping down counters, sinks, lavatories, mirrors, and partitions. In addition, rest room dispensers are stocked with supplies on a regular basis. \nRequirements:\n Outgoing, friendly individuals who are willing to deliver superior guest service. You must be at least 16 years of age. You must be able to comply with Knott's costuming and grooming standards. Experience is not required for this job. We will train you!
