Duties



  • Plans and communicates benefits offerings

  • Negotiates benefits terms and renewals with vendors/brokers.

  • Manages benefits administration for all offices.

  • Maintains day-to-day relationship with employees, brokers, and vendors, and employees.

  • Conducts open enrollments, manages ERISA and COBRA compliance, and oversees health and welfare plan administration, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, 401(k) program, employee exit program, transportation programs, and time off management. Manages plans and communicates employee benefit offerings.


Experience:



  • Payroll experience

  • PeopleSoft experience is desired but not required.

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and time and labor and how it affects payroll is required.

  • Knowledge of payrolls, including Time entry, processing W-4s, Direct Deposits, Health Savings Account deductions, running daily and weekly audits and other functions

  • Ability to articulate and document processes.
