Responsible for the supervision guidance and supervision of front desk operations; assisting guests upon check-in/out, processing reservations in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following the company's standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. Effective supervision of assigned staff to ensure guest satisfaction, positive employee relations and achievement of overall financial results.

Hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* 2+ YEARS PRIOR HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
* Previous hotel front desk supervisor experience is preferred.
* OnQ PMS experience preferred.
* Must have the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
* Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance on an occasional basis.
* Great telephone etiquette skills.
* Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
* Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
* Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
* Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
* Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
* Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
* Above average communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
* A guest and associate focus that will inspire others to do their best and exceed guest expectations.
* Must have the ability to communicate in English.
