Manage Benefits Department inbox including, but not limited to:

  • Responding to emails within 24 hours using benefits materials (SPD, enrollment guides, etc.)

  • Escalating complex inquiries to senior level department members and/or your manager, as needed

  • Emailing all new hires who have not yet made their benefits elections

  • Reaching out to employees to collect documentation needed to substantiate Life Events

Promotion and execution of wellness programs and events including, but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the planning of approved programs (Blood Drives, Flu Shots, Tai Chi and others)

  • Attending, coordinating and facilitating onsite events

  • Procuring meeting space, ordering refreshments and registering visitors/vendors

Assist with the annual benefit enrollment period including, but not limited to:

  • Testing enrollment data base, as needed

  • Managing Benefits Department inbox, as described above

Working hours : Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Responsibilities :

--Take direction from senior Benefits Team members, not only from direct manager

--Maintain 100% confidentiality with regard to employee/company data

--Interpret benefit plan rules and policies.

--Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications :

--Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

--Experience: 1 to 3 years in Benefits

Full time, W-2, on-site position

Duration : 4 month project, through January 31, 2018
