JOB OVERVIEW:

Greet and register guests, providing prompt and branded service, providing hotel and area information to gusts. Close out guest stays at the conclusion of his/her stay.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
. Greet all customers immediately and in a friendly and welcoming manner.
. Complete registration and/or check-out process as required, to include following all brand standards.
. Accept credit cards and handle cash as required by hotel and brand standards.
. Promptly answer all calls forwarded to the front desk, and provide proper follow up on same.
. Field all inquiries and complaints, to provide a positive experience for our guests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

. At least six months of face-to-face customer/guest service experience.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
. Must have a valid driver's license.
. Basic proficiency in Micro Soft Office is required.
. Position requires extended standing and walking, with bending and stooping.
. Position requires 3pm to 11pm or 10am to 6pm availability.
. Must be able to lift and transport up to 30lbs.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

. Advanced computer skills are a plus.
. Ability to multi task is a plus.
. Previous success in training and mentoring others is a plus.
