Job Description:

We have a fantastic part-time Payroll & Benefits opportunity with a large law firm in downtown St. Louis.

The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for all payroll processes and benefits administration for roughly three-hundred employees. This role is set to cover a 25-hour work week, however the scheduling of those hours is flexible as long as it aligns with bi-weekly and bi-monthly payroll cycles. This is a professional environment with tremendous opportunity for growth. Areas for growth include additional Human Resources responsibilities and an increase in hours (35+ per week) if desired.

Working hours: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in Payroll Processing and/or Benefits Administration

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel

  • Paychex software experience is a plus

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Proven attention to detail
