Summary:
Evaluates, implements, and administers rewards
programs, policies, and procedures globally.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Conducts research, development and documentation
of domestic and international compensation programs, including base pay
programs, cash incentive programs, and equity-based programs. - Maintains salary survey library of data and
compiles data for submission to salary survey resources. - Administers compensation programs, including
market pricing, maintenance of compensation-related structures, job coding, and
publication of related management materials. - Evaluates day-to-day compensation offers for new
hires and internal transfers/promotions. - Ensures that transactions are routed for appropriate
approvals. - Supports the HR team on group and ad hoc
compensation analyses. - Provides
counsel and guidance to HR staff on compensation-related questions and issues. - Responds to routine inquiries from Finance and
other internal personnel. Provides
recurring accrual schedules and other reporting to internal Finance teams to
ensure that proper accruals are maintained. - Maintains compensation and benefits related
control tables and processes in the Workday HRIS. - Responds to ad hoc requests for compensation data
from internal leaders and external government agencies. - Participates in other compensation and HR
projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent
experience. - At least 4 years of experience in compensation
analysis and reporting, preferably using the Radford survey. Publicly-traded company
experience highly desired. - Ability to work independently with general
direction. - Demonstrates proactive enthusiasm for
solving problems and adding value to the company. - Maintains a current level of
