Job Description:
Benefits Analyst (temp to hire) for an large entertainment company in the Hollywood area!
For this position, we are looking for an experienced Benefits Analyst that can focus on data analytics, vendor management, plan and process improvement, and the financial balance of a decentralized corporation.
A few of the day to day responsibilities include -
Maintain benefit plans
Regularly reconcile and audit benefits plan enrollment, payroll deductions and vendor billing.
Work with vendors and brokers to ensure the best plans for employees, holding external partners accountable to SLAs.
Work with benefit advisors to analyze plan utilization and benchmarking data to propose enhancements to benefit offerings.
Manage vendor relationships with insurance carriers, 401(k) plan administrators, consultants and other service providers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and 5 years benefits experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, and Access.
Workday HCM knowledge preferred.
Data-driven; experience with data analytics
