About this job
- Select, train, supervise, schedule, develop, discipline, and counsel associates in the housekeeping Department.
- Direct housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the Hotel.
- Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the property and submit recommendations: repairs, painting, furnishing.
- Purchase all linen, cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage the Housekeeping Office
- May at times be needed to serve as a Transportation Agent to facilitate transportation needs of guests (or supplies) in lieu of a dedicated Transportation Agent at the hotel, if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned or as needed to create Signature Moments for our guests.
