Your daily responsibilities include
Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with Red Carpet Service program guidelines
Inspect, operate, and troubleshoot utility machinery/equipment; complete work request when needed
Clean up after banquets
Distribute appropriate dishware assigned to a specific function and verify items returned
Inspect equipment used for transporting materials for events and reports any damages
Maintain inventory of dishware
Organize storerooms and chemical closets
Ensure that all deliming procedures are performed correctly for dishwashers, ice machines, and steamers
Dissemble kitchen equipment for cleaning proposes and reassemble after completion of task
Attend departmental and company meetings
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
High School degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and/or oral instructions
Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and apply to practical situations using measurements, proportions, and problem solving
Departmental specific requirements: Certificate of Food and Service Sanitation
Ability to read, comprehend and speak English
Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:
