- Willing and able to work some twelve plus hour days, some weekends and some holidays at either clinic

- Works all scheduled shifts unless finds alternate coverage or is approved due to illness or approved paid time off by supervisor/office manager.

Job Duties:
- Registers new patients and updates existing patients
- Cash management and daily AR management, along with reconciliation
- Answer multiline phone system, voice mail, and emails
- HIPAA compliance
- OSHA compliance
- Scan relevant material into electronic records, maintaining accuracy
- Performing duties outlined on daily checklist, signing off completed tasks
- Maintains a clean atmosphere in waiting room, front storage area and front desk area
- Greets everyone
- Follow up on billing questions, work comp claim numbers and referrals, incoming faxes, and patient questions
- Schedules relevant appointments and follows protocols for scheduling
- Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager
