Role & Responsibilities


  • Day to day administration of retirement plans including 401k, Deferred Compensation Plan and Defined Benefit Plan.
  • Assist with gathering data for annual non discrimination tests, annual true up, and plan audits.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor billing and invoices.
  • Manage the Benefits email inbox and respond to employees questions/issues in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers with benefit questions or concerns.
  • Some travel for benefit education meetings and annual health fairs
  • Assist with annual benefit enrolment testing
  • Assist with manual benefit enrollment/admin corrections in enrollment system when needed
  • Work with payroll to ensure 401k deferrals and loans are set up properly.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, however, experience and training will be considered in lieu.
  • 3+ years of experience administering 401k Retirement plans is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required for high volume processing
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer service and follow up abilities
