Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to be part of Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technician in the Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy you are to data enter new and refill prescription orders accurately including calculation of doses and assignment of directions. In addition, the Tech I Pharmacy Specialty Mail is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, insurance carriers and internal customers to resolve patient issues. Superb communication skills are needed in order to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients and internal partners to ensure the processing of specialty medications in a timely manner and to ensure all financial and clinical expectations are being met prior to fulfillment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be trained in various areas of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division of CVS Health.
