Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
CACI is seeking a WMD all-source analyst to support intelligence assessment and product development. Facilitates communications between customers, SME's and Technical staff.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Collaborates with customers to gather information, define complex work problems, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems. Maintains currency in understanding of relevant technologies and subject areas. Identifies emerging relevant technologies and systems. Generates recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel. Serves as client liaison to coordinate activities with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts. Develops and delivers training and oral presentations, and explains the most complex material in a clear fashion. Provides effective direction and guidance to less experienced staff. May review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications. Participates in special projects as required. Additionally this person:
- Performs weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to develop innovative collection concepts
- Interfaces with academia, DoD, national labs and the Intelligence Community to address WMD issues
- Develops procedures/tradecraft
- Writes reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned WMD issues
- Produces technical reports and briefings, project deliverables, and other finished products.
- Conducts long-term deep dive assessments against threats of interest
- Determines patterns of life on associated activities
- Develops link diagram or other charts to map relationships
- Assesses transportation and physical security capabilities
- Applies new, innovative, or experimental techniques to support analytical method development
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Candidates are required to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Background in all-source intelligence research, collection, and analysis
- Background in nuclear weapon systems and security issues
- Experience with high energy materials and their exploitation
- Familiarity with collaborative IC tools
- Extensive demonstrated knowledge/experience with weapons of mass collection and analysis
- 6 years' experience creating WMD related reports based upon the resulting work/accomplishments

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Typically requires 10-12 years of experience.
- Master's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience
- Significant current experience (i. e.,within last 2 years) in WMD related work

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
