Position Located Outside Of Des Moines, IA
Reporting to the Vice President of Hospitality, this position is responsible for all day to day hotel operations.
- Provides overall leadership to the Hotel Operations Department to include Front Desk and Housekeeping.
- Controls daily revenue to optimize financial potential.
- Sets the appropriate standards to maintain customer expectations.
- Responsible for the Hotels customer service scores.
- Carries out managerial responsibilitiesin accordance with the companys policies and procedure
