POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for performing the cleaning of the interior and exterior cleaning, servicing all accommodation units to include exterior windows, patios, doors, lights, walkways, hallways, elevators and interior windows, doors, ceiling fans, lights and behind furniture and appliances to prescribed standards. Additional responsibilities include daily cleaning of all linen closets, inventory of all linen closets, and linen delivery. This individual will assist the Housekeeping Services department special projects as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
*Detail cleaning of all patios, entrances, elevators, lights and hallways.
*Move and clean behind appliances and furniture of all units.
*Transport soiled linens to assigned pick-up areas.
*Stock linen carts, distribute carts and linen bags.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
*Ability to be self-directed.
*Skill in attention to detail.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver s license, and minimum of 4 years of driving experience.
*May not have any Type A violations in the last three (3) years; (which include, but are not limited to, DWI, DUI, refusing a substance test, driving with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, hit and run, fleeing a police officer, racing, driving while license is revoked or suspended, manslaughter or any felony)
*May not have more than two (2) Type B moving violations in the last three (3) years; (includes most driving violations such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield or obey a traffic signal or sign, license suspension or at fault accidents.
*May not have more than one at-fault accident within last three (3) years; and
*May not have one (1) Type B moving violation and one (1) at-fault accident within three (3) years.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, operate hand tools (may include operating industrial machinery), and motor vehicles. Must be able to lift between thirty to fifty pounds.. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
