Your Hours and Location: 8:30 am 5:30 pm at 40000 Grand River Road Suite #304, Novi, MI 48375

What Your Day Is Like

• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and after housekeeping services, using a checklist on an electronic device
• Occasional cleaning and set-up of apartments
• Enter and update apartment status information into several systems
• Perform pre move-out inspections
• Coordinate keys, gate cards and remotes for all housekeeping associates
• Assist in training new and current associates
• Transport associates to and from various locations
• Run reports and other administrative responsibilities

Best Candidates Will Have

• Basic Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) products and basic internet skills
• Prior experience working with proprietary database or tracking systems is preferred
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English are required
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping at an apartment, hotel or similar environment is preferred
• Experience leading or directing housekeeping associates
• Detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Experience in a customer service-related field would also be helpful
