HRBP Directors partner with senior business leaders to develop and support the execution of human capital strategies that deliver on established and future business priorities. These Directors are the primary point of connection between the HR function and business leaders, providing two-way insights in order to deliver targeted and efficient HR programs and services that drive measurable value.

HRBP Directors are expected to drive overall business performance and employee engagement by approaching their business unit strategically, proactively studying issues and opportunities locally. The HR Directors should serve as consultants within their business, anticipating and analyzing problems to identify actionable recommendations. The HR Directors collaborate closely with senior leaders (SVP/VPs), the HR Integration Director and HR Specialists in the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement solutions that drive organizational and business-unit objectives.

The HRBP Directors have a broad scope of influence over the leadership and employees within their business units, as this role collaborates with business leadership to define business strategy that incorporates HR strategy. Conversely, the HR Directors influence HR strategy to ensure alignment to business needs. Additionally, HR Directors coach and develop senior leaders to translate strategic intent into measurable results for their teams and empower leaders to identify, develop and reward high performance.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility
5+ years experience as a HR Generalist
3+ years direct supervisory experience 5+ years multi-unit HR management experience
1+ years consulting experience, including experience with needs / gap analysis, diagnosis, solution development, and measurement
1+ years of program and project management experience with increasing levels of management responsibility
3+ years replacement and / or workforce planning experience
3+ years succession, career and development planning experience for employees in exempt positions
7+ years experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes, including generally compensation policies and practices
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business or relevant field)

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility
7+ years experience as a HR Generalist
5+ years direct supervisory experience
7+ years multi-unit HR management experience
3+ years consulting experience, including experience with needs / gap analysis, diagnosis, solution development, and measurement
2+ years working in a corporate headquarters environment
3+ years of program and project management experience with increasing levels of management responsibility
1+ years experience managing projects / programs in a matrixed environment
5+ years replacement and / or workforce planning experience
3+ years talent acquisition (recruiting, interviewing including behavioral interviewing using structured interview guides and selecting)
5+ years succession, career and development planning experience for employees in exempt positions
10+ years experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes, including generally compensation policies and practices
Experience interacting with VP level leaders
PHR or SPHR certification
Master s degree in HR, Business (MBA) or relevant field
