International Mobility Subject Matter Expert

-Ensure the delivery of high quality International Mobility services to mobile population assigned to the US- Ensure full tax, immigration and legal compliance for international assignees .- Coordinate end-to-end assignment services, including onboarding / relocation process, and ensure records are stored in Assignment Pro.- Present/explain policy terms and conditions, processes, to Atos' international population, including Permanent Transfers, Foreign Local Hire, International Assignees, Landed Resources, Local Plus.- Consult with candidates at the pre-offer stage and strategize on visa strategy.- Analyze monthly immigration documents review lists.- Initiate immigration documents for candidates and new hires.- Consult with legal counsel on complex immigration issues.- Manage, maintain and track immigration documents (Update information in Assignment Pro).- Assist ensuring that global processes with respect to immigration-related risk and compliance requirements are met.- Coordinate visa application and extension with the immigration provider- Coordinate with tax providers, Atos stakeholders and International Mobility Teams tax compliance services.- Work in partnership with the International Mobility Teams across all regions.
Required Skills:- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Immigration, International Mobility, Human Resources or a directly related field.- 1 - 3 working experience within Corporate Immigration and/or International Mobility. Large multinational organization experience preferred. Understanding of non-immigrant visa classifications, including H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1.- Knowledge of immigrant visa process, including PERM, and I-140.- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters.- Ability to articulate immigration matters to stakeholders.- Highly organized, Proactive and focused on continuous improvement International experience, accustomed to work in a global team across time zones.- Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
