Position:Customer Service / Claims RepresentativeLocation:Aurora, COPay:$13. 95 / hrHours:- first 3 weeks are in training: M-F 8am to 4:30pm - will get their normal schedule in the 4th week. Must be available between 6am-6pm M-FSummary: The Inbound Claims Specialist answers calls on claims that are already in process. The Specialist is responsible for authorizing payment on claims by researching and resolving unresolved issues with both contractors and homeowners. They will be working on the systems and appliances side of the business - claims will mostly be about HVAC systems and other home appliances.- research, analyze, and make coverage determinations regarding warranty obligations - inform homeowners and contractors about coverage determinations- document all interactions in a written manner using internal systems Required Experience:- GED or diploma - customer service experience - call center preferred but not required- excellent communication skills- restaurant or retail backgrounds do very well as long as they're comfortable transitioning to a call center HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR MULTIPLE OPENINGS!
