* Benefits Specialist needed for Healthcare Enrollment Season *Job Description-Benefits administrator will receive inbound calls from customers. - Will answer questions regarding benefit question (ex. what coverage entails) - Support their corporate clientsThis project is for open enrollment for the State of Illinois. They currently have 20K members which is expected to double around October/November. The members are composed of veterans and government employees, and reps will be handling enrollment and billing.Work Schedule
- Mon - Fri 8:45am - 8pm (varied schedules)
- 2 week training period Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm
- Strong insurance background
- Experience administering benefits
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve issues
- Computer skills (data entry, 7000 kph 95% accuracy or higher)
