Job Summary:
The Housekeeper works with the Housekeeping Department with routine duties including the cleaning of patient/ resident rooms, recreational/ common areas, floors, windows, mirrors, light fixtures, etc., and cleaning, washing, and sanitizing bathrooms. The Housekeeper will also assist with removing trash and relining trash receptacles. In addition to these core duties, the Housekeeper may also perform other related housekeeping duties as assigned to them by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must possess at minimum a High School Education or equivalent G. E. D
- Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required, as on the job training will be provided
- Experience in a healthcare facility preferred
- Must speak and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation
