Specific Duties/Job requirements
- Collaborate with ISDs and other SMEs to organize formal and documented training content and training delivery artifacts
- Lead team in understanding of accession/apprentice-level training continuum
- Provide USN MM(SUR) expertise in assessing the adequacy of existing Job Sheets to support performance learning objectives and other cognitive activities associated with the work
- Other assigned tasks
- Successful performer in rating
- Must have familiarity with street to fleet continuum and content/coverage of C-School
- Knowledge of rating technical references and community/SYSCOM technical document repositories/services
- Prior service as a rating work center supervisor
- Demonstrated understanding of accession/apprentice-level task performance knowledge, skill, cues, and pitfalls
- Prior Fleet service in rating at minimum of E-6 paygrade
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Organized and concise
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional writing skills
- Prior service at the Learning Center N7
- Prior service as A- or C-School instructor and NETC MTS qualification
