Monitored Collaborative Information Management System (CIMS) database to reflect the Real Property User Identification (RPUID) found in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Business Enterprise (BE) Systems database.
Worked closely with military installations and Defense Fuel Supply Points (DSFP) personnel to completely update Real Property User Identification (RPUID) inventory database for all capitalized fuel equipment associated with fuel service points operating overseas and abroad.
Researched and created EXCEL spreadsheet for updating Business Enterprise (BE) Systems code database for Automated Tank Gauging (ATG) equipment within Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) for Pacific, Europe and Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM) sites.
Collect, review, process and disseminate data from Collaborative Information Management System (CIMS), Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC), and Serena Dimensions CM Web Client to authorized recipients within the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR).
Gathers information from fuel site personnel, various maintenance contractors, and government agencies contractor and assisted in maintaining, developing and coordinating the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Submitted and processed Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) Project Requirement Document (PRD) for Project Manager (PM) review.
