About this job

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring the front desk coordinator team.

  • Schedule all coordinators and manage the front desk payroll budget.
  • Train and certify all coordinators on exemplary customer service, guest management initiatives, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Responsible for all product knowledge education and continuous education for the coordinator team.
  • Host and facilitate the coordinator monthly team meeting and daily huddles.

Support a cohesive relationship between coordinators and technical team to deliver seamless customer service.

  • Educate and ensure coordinators have up-to-date knowledge of technicians expertise including specialties, pricing, timing of services, and special offers/events.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and collect payment for services.

Set individual goals and hold the coordinator team accountable to reaching benchmarks on current business and retention programs and initiatives.

  • Benchmarks are based on LifeSpa location s rebooking percentages, Beautiful Beginnings redemptions, new and existing client retention, average ticket growth, outbound calls list, and 48 hour confirmation and follow up calls.

Maintain a clean and organized work space, retail area and salon/spa environment.

  • Manage inventory levels through ordering and confirmation of orders (R/O s) through point of sale system. Complete weekly cycle counts, full quarter and year-end inventory counts.
  • Clean and stock retail shelves, as necessary, when products are low or retail/back bar product order is delivered.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1 2 years of leadership and customer service/receptionist experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
  • 1 2 years of experience as a LifeSpa Coordinator preferred
  • Passionate and hold a commitment to living a healthy way of life
