DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, revise, maintain and develop aircrew courseware, syllabus and training materials for the TOC/MTOC WS/TACMASS Analyst, to include specific tasks, duties, standard operation procedures and job specific training.
  • Assess training, syllabus, and mission scenarios to ensure courseware and training documents reflect current tactics, techniques, and procedures as defined in the Navy Tactical Techniques and Procedures (NTTP), Joint Doctrine, and Navy War-fighting Publications.
  • Review all TOC/MTOC courseware, training materials etc. for commonalities, efficiencies, deficiencies, and submit recommended Change Requests (CRs).
  • Cross validate CRs for effect on other curriculum, training materials, and training system.
  • Verify the accuracy of CR work performed by Contractor personnel to include other SMEs
  • Produce design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, graphics requests, and student and instructor materials
  • Verify all CRs that have been completed by Contractor graphic artists, programmers, instructional designers, and any additional technical personnel to include other SME
  • Review and ensure quality, technical correctness and instructional soundness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessons
  • Conduct quarterly curriculum test item analysis to measure the accuracy of test items and report finding
  • Work as a team member, and attend working group meetings and conferences as required
  • Understand and articulate project scope and vision to align with client and contract requirements
  • Ensure work performance meets deadlines and milestones
  • Interact on a daily basis with active duty personnel and Government SMEs
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required and as directed by the Site Manager and or/Program Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor s Science / Arts degree in aviation or related field from an accredited college preferred.
Training and Experience: Must have a minimum of two years experience working as a TOC/MTOC WS/TACMASS Analyst within the last seven years; or if beyond seven years, must have a minimum of two years experience working revision and maintenance on TOC/MTOC courseware within the last five years. Must have knowledge of TOC/MTOC operations and capabilities, and understanding of mission sensitivity issues. Minimum of at least one TOC WS/Analyst tour, or related unit tour preferred.
General Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiastic. Superior time management, organizational and personnel management skills. Ensure work performance meets deadlines and milestones.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
