DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, revise, maintain and develop aircrew courseware, syllabus and training materials for MQ-4 Triton UAV aircraft systems, to include crew tasks, duties, aircraft systems, operations and tactics.
  • Produce design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, graphics requests, and student and instructor materials
  • Review and ensure quality, technical correctness and instructional soundness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessons
  • Work as a team member, and attend working group meetings and conferences as required
  • Participate in all phases of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model of courseware development
  • Understand and articulate project scope and vision to align with client and contract requirements
  • Ensure work performance meets deadlines and milestones
  • Interact on a daily basis with active duty MQ-4 Triton UAV Instructors, crews and Government SMEs
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required and as directed by the Site Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor s Science / Arts degree in aviation or related field from an accredited college preferred.
Training and Experience:
Must have a minimum of two years experience as a MQ-4 AVO, TACCO, or MPO within the last seven years; or if beyond seven years, must have a minimum of two years experience working on courseware revision and maintenance within the last five years. Must have knowledge of MQ-4 Triton UAV operational performance capabilities and understanding of platform s security classification and mission sensitivity issues. Minimum of at least one MQ-4 Triton UAV unit tour and qualifications as a MQ-4 Triton UAV crew Instructor preferred, with at least one tour at the Maritime Fleet Replacement Squadron.
General Skills:
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiastic. Superior time management, organizational and personnel management skills. Ensure work performance meets deadlines and milestones. Ability to travel as required by work assignments.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
